Default u-joints

I am preparing to replace the rear wheel bearings and u-joints. I went to the parts store for U-joints and their listing shows two different size joints. Which goes where. I have not raised the car yet so I don't know if the large ones are for the drive shaft (which is what I think) and the smaller ones are for the half shafts. Oh, 96 LT4, if that matters.

Thanks for the help

Believe it or not they are opposite. :) The large ones go in the halfshafts, and the small ones go in the driveshaft. :)

You'll need 4 large ones and 2 small ones if you are going to do the entire car.

Here, this might help you along the way if you get stuck.

Yup, my parts guy reversed them, 4 small, 2 big. No biggie, I just have to return them for the right ones.

BTW - Scorp, thanks for the write-up!
