Time for another engine bay picture thread

Can't get enough of these in my opinion:
These are all from the GM Tech Center, Aug '08. I have a question about the first one as I did not take notes. Looks like early heads due to bolts around the perimeter but it looks like there is some sort of spacer/filler between the valve cover and plenum. Can someone explain? This is a good lookin engine bay!

A "naked" LT4. Without the fuel rail covers. This one used to be mine:

I took these pics as a member here needed to see how the hoses were routed.

the "space filler" is because it is an aftermarket intake called a mini ram. Some aftermarket heads are set up for either center bolts or perimeter........it looks ok

That ain't no kit; that's a 210mph supercar. A 1989 - 1993 Vector W8 Twin Turbo, they only made 17 of them and they were $450k.
