the "space filler" is because it is an aftermarket intake called a mini ram. Some aftermarket heads are set up for either center bolts or perimeter........it looks ok

That ain't no kit; that's a 210mph supercar. A 1989 - 1993 Vector W8 Twin Turbo, they only made 17 of them and they were $450k.
