Default Need some help.

Maybe this should be in the off topic section but I thought maybe I could get some fast help here. How do you resize a picture down that was taken with a digital cam? Like for example I took one to use for my sig and it like H.U.G.E.
It takes up most of the screen, so what should I do?

Use something like PhotoShop to crop the picture. You can probably find a demo online.
