Are you referring to the "belt line molding"? I am assuming you have checked with Willcox and Corvette America, correct? Used, you could check www.Vette2vette and Corvette Recyclers. I just got a new beltline molding for my 87 via Willcox. I have restored all my other beltline moldings by cleaning, removing all contaminents, paint and clear coat. But, my front one had a dent (I backed the Suburban into the Vette one morning after my son parked it in the drive behind the Burb in the garage - Good news was the Trucks trailer hitch hit the front bumper before the truck drove over the car - I was invisible in all the mirrors = pissed and felt like an ignoramus). My boy never dressed me down appropriately! He's a good kid!

Based on you Avitar description, I assume you must live on a sailboat in the BVI

- www.gmpartsdirect.com - GM part number 14043087 - list $163.65, partsdirect price $100.41, w/ s&h $121.50

maybe you can find it cheaper, but anytime you buy, compare prices WITH s&h...

i've got two, but they're part of two complete sets of NOS beltline molding. those are part of my early c4 parts stash that i've been collecting for about 12 years. to all, when i die, contact my wife - she'll probably sell the stuff for 10 cents on the dollar...
