I was that forum member. Love the look of your screen (maybe even more than my own). Where'd you find the 'vet net'? I assume it's designed for a C5 or C6? I'd like to see the brackets and how you did the attachment.
If you want to find out if it works, simply tape a piece of ribbon to the top of your head and take a drive. If the ribbon doesn't blow forward, that means the net is working.

Thanks ragtop... I'll try the tape this weekend.

Vett net website is www.vettenet1.com
The wind deflector is for a C5. the overall length is 46.5" So, It just fits.

If you lift the cover for off the seat belt anchor, You'll see that if you drill a 1/2" hole in a bracket, You can re-install the bracket under the seat belt anchor. Then just fab a tube to the bracket and your ready to go. I used a 3/4" schedule 40 Aluminum tube. I bought it on Ebay. The Vette Net tub fits right into it. Good luck

Proves the point that there's no shortage of good ideas. If I ever fab another screen, I'll use your bracket idea since it's simpler than what I came up with.

Looks like it rides about two inches above the height of the headrests?

Looks cool. Do you have to remove the screen to put the top up or will it go over it?
