I've been lurking(learning) here for a couple years now. Just want to say thanks to all the people who take the time to give out some great info.Here are some pics. of my '85 (maybe) (( damn photobucket)) Yep that's a ford shaker scoop over a carb'ed motor. The flame suit is on.Thanks

Scoop sits on the hood. I really wanted to do the full shaker but was afraid of the weight and the off center engine. No idea on the numbers, goodies are on my profile if any desktop dyno guys want to take a stab at it.

Choke tower just touches hood w/ edelbrock performer rpm and holley street avenger. For those thinking carb. swap. Scoop cost 100 bucks adapter was homemade(you can tell).Anything involving paint got out of the budget quick.
