Speaker Whine SOLVED! not really!

Speaker Whine SOLVED! not really!
OK here it goes:
1. I get a speaker whine whenever the stereo is on (front left speaker).
2. I install a simple switch to power off the Antenna so it will remain down when listening to CD's and i can put it up for the radio
3. The Speaker whine is gone from the fron left speaker but comes back when the antenna is up. Also the front left speaker does not work when the antenna is down.
4. It has whined b4 the switch was installed. And the speaker does work witht the antenna up but with a whine that increases pitch with the higher RPM's
Anyideas???

Sorry! This is a non bose system./ Pioneer head unit...No Amp. Just a head unit with 4 speakers. 2 in the door and 2 in the hatch area.

Sounds like a grounding problem. Did you use the factory wiring or run new wires to each speaker?
P.S. did you ever replace the wiper switch? You said I could have the old one.

Doing the wiper switch today in class.
Hopefully we will get it done in on period! Soon as i'm done the old one is yours.
