Default 30,000 miles

I bought my 95 polo green convertible on July 17, 2006. It had 13,000 miles on it at the time. Today, July 15, 2009, the odometer hit 30,000 miles. What a great ride it has been!!!! I love my corvette. I hope I am privileged to put a whole bunch more on it. tdb

Oh yeah, they are fun to drive. 17,000 miles in 3 years is still not driving enough.

I see your from Racine.
I had my '96 there for the Hot Rod Power Tour stop. I do the "Long Haul" every year in mine.

Yeh....the Power Tour has done well in Racine. A couple of years ago it was an all day rain and it was still well attended. This year I think Racine had the most visitors on the tour from what I read. The City would like it to return, but it has been here two out of the last three years, which is very unique and really honors the town.

I loved watching the cars drive in and the downtown show. Someday it would be fun to do the tour.

17,000 miles isn't too bad. We have a fairly short driving season up here. I have loved every mile so far!!! tdb

I drive my Corvettes every weekend, to the store, for icecream, just for fun. After all this use at the end of the season (first snow) my total mileage is about 3,000. I will operate in the rain, however I will not take the car out if it is clean just for a drive, no need to slop it up and make extra work cleaning it up. I just don't have those long trips, even have had it in a funeral, not once but two times.
