AC problems
Im new to this forum.. I have a 1996 vette and the AC fan is not coming on. Worked a few days okay and now nothing. All the light come on on the panel but no air coming out... any ideas what it might could be. I can hear the compressor coming on but no fan. I have checked fuses and they are good. Need Help

Would it being low on R134 make the fan not come on?? The lights on the ac controls showing what button you have pushed come on but NO fan.

I had AC problem in my 96 but it wasn't fan related. I had to replace the vac check valve under the fuel rail cover on the passenger side. This is a common problem with the 96 vette. Check valve gets brittle and breaks. Approx $2-$3 at dealer"s. Maybe your fan is running but no air which makes you think it's the fan. Won't hurt to check the valve.
