I got Earl's lines from Jegs, if I remember correctly. Either them or Summit would be a good source. I wish I had done the DRM bias spring at the same time, too.
I want to buy Goodridge brake lines
i also found this GDR brake lines
i already bough the bias spring and to make sure i bought a brand new master cylinder, i have to install all of this!
I purchased 4 Stainless Steel Braided Brake Hose from Brake Hose Unlimited. They have a store on Ebay. The hoses come in custom colors. Cost $99.00 for all four.

I had a lot of problems with the goodridge lines, they weren't marked, and the end that connected to the caliper was difficult to get in the right position. The lines wound up rubbing on the tire.
I am real pleased with the Earls lines. The block that connects to the caliper is almost exactly the same as the stock lines. each line is labeled with which corner it goes on. With both of those positives the lines route correctly and no rubbing on the tires.
I got mine from Summit (they are less than an hour away and the lines were in stock).
