Ok gang, here you go:
I have the targa top off of my 1995.
When I pull into a driveway at a slight angle so as not to scrape the front spoiler on the driveway lip, as i hit the lip my automatic door locks un lock!
Ready.......set..........GO!

Do the interior lights come on as well. Sometimes if I get my 93 at just the right angle the dome lights trip because the car will flex enough to ground the sensor. Maybe this happens and unlocks the doors for you.

Hmm I wonder if either the door ajar switch is is issue. Pull into your driveway at night time and see if the interior lights go on as stated.

Hi, VERY long time lurker, 1st time poster. Registered to answer this question. Had the same issue myself.
Check the Driver side door, there should be a type of plug sticking out of the door that when you push it in, will turn off the interior lights. You should be able to see a little round plastic do-hicky (technical term
) in the body. If you can shim it up, that might just take care of the issue. At least it worked for me. As I understand it, the body flexes enough to trip that thing, making the system think the door is being opened.

That's the very issue I'll be working on today. Sometimes while driving down the street in the evening it looks like a light show going on in my car 
. I figured one or more of the switches need adjusting or replacing. Now to get it traced down and fixed.
