It's been a while...
since this has happened to me, but yesterday I actually got another wave from a Corvette. He actually waved first :eek: . This caught me completely off guard. Since for the past few months I havent gotten any waves from any other vette owners. They usually just look at me funny, like they are trying to remember who I am or if they have met me. All in all its good to see there are still some people out there that are saving the :seeya

I know what ya mean. The C5'ers give me blank looks sometimes. I just figure they are new to Vettedom. You know, took advantage of the rare rebates & low interest rates awhile back, an impulse buy. Most will figure it out & become real enthusiasts in time, or they'll go back to an SUV.
The last wave I got was a couple weeks ago (last time I had her out) from a couple of guys in a Trans Am. Acually honked, rolled down window (deep tint) & waved/hollard.

Yeah, come to think of it it usually is the C5'ers that dont wave. Although the one yesterday did and another guy that lives near me has a C5 and always waves. These newbies need to learn to :seeya to their fellow vetters :cheers:
