I am talking about the small hard plastic lines that run under the runners.

The AC picks up its vacuum from the rear left side fitting on the plenum it runs into a T check valve, the AC connection is the bottom fitting the center one hooks into the cruise control. The check valve is located back by the distributor the AC line is a small hard plastic line that runs in the main loom along fire wall.

"TO HVAC" could be the problem. i had a prom made and i dont need my egr anymore and a mechanice took all the vacuum lines off of that and plugged a spot where a hose hooked up. im wondering if thats the HVAC hook up. a hose goes from the HVAC hookup on the intake in through the firewall and down by my pedal correct?
