Is this okay for $40, seems a little too cheap. Lowering kits for my supra were even more expensive. Will the front wheels rub around corners or anything lowered? The back might too my rears are 295s
That's a typical price for a lowering kit but there is a fair amount of work involved to lower the car. The front spring has to be removed, the existing pads have to be cut down and the new pads glued in place. The glue can be an issue too. Some kits come with a glue that is not really good enough to hold the new pad in place.
The longer rear bolts will allow you to change ride height to accommodate tire width but 295's should not be an issue if they don't rub now. These kits typically lower the car about an inch and there are folks running 315/35's up front with no problem.
