Default Clutch Fluid Disappears!!!

This is a mystery to me. My '89 with 37,000 origional miles is always out of clutch fluid in the resevior. I fill it up and within a week or so it's all gone again. Logically I replaced the slave cylinder, same thing. I have searched every inch of the line from the resevior to the cylinder and it looks new, like it would from a car with this kind of mileage. It does it the same whether driven or just sitting in the garage and there is never a drop on the floor! Where is this stuff going??? Thanks for any help.

Pull back the carpet behind the pedals. I'm betting youll find a wet soggy mess back there. Your master is probably leaking fluid into the car. Its a common problem.

I've had brake master cylinders leak around the pushrod, allowing the fluid to run inside the firewall and collecting. Pull the clutch master cylinder off and check.

Default Arrrrrrrrrr

Same f'ing thing is happening to mine. These funny 20+ year old cars are like a fragile 90 year old lady. Sh*t, I don't think I can drive her without having inspected all 5000 parts so I don't get stranded for the *#@*^% time. F'ing thing is killing me!
