Yes, I have 17x9.5 Reproduction ZO6 wheels with a 54mm offset and they fit Perfect on my previous 89 and current 91 Vette's.
The 54mm offset will position the wheels 2mm or .078 inch, Outwards which is not noticeable.

Thanks GKK, so a reduction in the offset projects the wheel outward.
