What have you heard to be the problem? Hell, I know a few people at the museum that have been there since it opened, what is it supposed to be the problem and I will call them tomorrow and find out from the source.
My Corvette club stages what we believe to be the largest club-organized event on the East Coast, now in its 23rd year. Several times in recent years, the NCM has sent a couple of staffers to our event to serve as celebrity judges for the show and ambassadors for the NCM. This year, I'm told they declined to do so, and that conflict between themselves and the NCCC was at the root of the decision. I was interested in hearing if anyone knows anything about this, and whether or not there's any truth to it.

Totally hearsay, and my memory is not too good.
IIRC last year around NCCC membership renewal it was mentioned that the NCM was going to remove the NCCC display from the museum. As a group the NCCC felt they had done a lot to plug the NCM and many NCCC members were also lifetime NCM members. This seems to be the beginning of the issues between the NCM and NCCC. I haven't heard anything else about it - but renewal is comming up again in the next couple months so if I hear anything else I'll let you know.
