weak right turn siginal
You mentioned the right turn signal, is the left side fine??
It seems like you have a short on the wiring, light socket or in one of the bulbs on the right side of your car i've seen dual filament lightbulbs with a nasty habit of burning out in such a way that the filament partially detaches and falls into the second filament causing a dominoe effect that allows power to transfer from the signal lights circuit to the parking lights, the parking lights are on the same circuit with the dashboard lights. check the outside how many lights are blinking on the right versus on the left, also check what happens if you turn your 4 way flashers.Any bulbs that look brighter or dimmer than supposed replace them. Also year model of your vette may help.

Interior lights coming on with the brake applied is caused by a shared ground of the interior light with a brake light and that ground is not making a low resistance connection to ground. Grounds are made through a screw into the frame and rust with age makes for a poor connection at this ground. The solution is to remove the screw and use a new bright screw, get rid of the corrosion around the frame hole, brighten up the wire lugs and replace the screw.
