temp. control computer location?

temp. control computer location?

im going to replace the temp. control computer on my 93 coupe and was just wandering if anybody could tell me where to look first.

Are you sure it's bad? I was having problems with mine, pulled it, cleaned the contacts and replaced it. It's working great.

where is it at? i heard left side of dash but?

On the firewall above the accel pedal. Its a PITA to get to.

You might waste an hour on Dealer Diagnostic first. The CCM link allows communication with a bi-directional scanner. If it works, it ain't the Processor.

it was low on freon. apparantly the computer watches how many times the compressor cycles and if its to many wont turn it on at all. half a can later and all is well in c-4 land...for now.
