for while i ran 18''s in the rear with 275/45's on them and they were kinda tight, when hitting a bump or watever the tire would rub the well. no idea on the 19'' tho. i think someones put new ZR1 19's on thier C4.
I have c6 zo6 wheels 18's rear and 17's front the 18's are 295 35 18 and I have never rubbed at all. I would think a 19 wouldn't either if its like 275 30 or something.

that was way too large of a tire- stock is 275/40 and you needed to go with 275/35 when upsizing to an 18" tire
IIRC;
The C6 Z06 rims have same offset as 88-96 cars; the C6 rims require adapters to fit in correct position
Stock C6 Z06 will not fit a C4 easily
Fronts are 18x9.5 w/40mm offset- wheel will come out 3/4" of an inch from stock- will fit but may not like the look of the tire outside of the fender
Rears are 59mm offsets, but on a 12" wide rim, not a 9.5 rim as C4 stock- this wheel will rub the inner fender without spacers- and will stick out with spacers. Spacers needed are 2" which to me are not safe to run.

Just to be clear, you have aftermarket C6 Z06 replicas- these are built to fit your car-
you are correct on the 19" tire- can run 275/30 to 295/30. Preferably 295, as the 275 looks like too small of a tire on that big rim, unless you go 275/35.
