I believe they did it was called a C5, and it was superior to the C4 in performance and handling. Based on a much better platform which took into effect new design techniques and engineering. I don’t understand why any one would make a C4 look like C5 when the C5’s are very affordable.
If you own a C4 be proud of what it is, which is a Corvette that stood the test of time for 12 model years.
