Default Just one more accessory

As Jay Leno puts it "Corvettes are probably the most accessorized cars ever, behind Harley Davidson" I have at least 5 Corvette accessory magazines at home and the web is bombarded with stuff for all Vette generations. Jackets, bedsheets, electronics, books, shirts, hats, performance parts, emblems, office goods...the list goes on. Do you agree with all these accessories? What is your favorite one? Is there an accessory that you want but the companies don't produce? Why are Corvettes so accessorized?

Some owners have more money than sense?

I'd type more but I have to go hang my Corvette shower curtain.

I have instructed my wife this year - no more vette clothing for Christmas! I have vette clothing for all occasions and she complains when I wear some of them when we go out. Then stop buying me it!!!!!!

I only own 2, a duffle bag with the C4 emblem embroidered on it, was a gift, and makes a really nice overnight bag.

And I got one of the gas bibs for it as well, I get TONS of compliments on that thing, works pretty damn good too.

No clothing/jackets/clocks/keychains/shoes(yes they have them)/watch/sex toys/cologne/sunglasses/ or personal lubricant around here...

Well.. at least none that are "Corvette"

I was looking for a spare tire continental kit to make spare tire access easier.

I kinda like the panties that say "wrap your *** in fiberglass". Not for me to wear of course! (well at least not outside the house)

I like to look at the catalogs, but can hardly afford the goodies because of the "Corvette Tax"

I do have a few Corvette items I enjoy wearing. I don't see much difference in someone buying and wearing a C4 t-shirt or someone buying/wearing Nike, or Adidas, Air Jordan, etc.... logo clothes.

It is all in what you like I guess. I don't work out, and I don't wear logo clothes - BUT I do own a C4 and own a few tshirts and two ball caps.
Also, since so little is availble for C4's or large enough to fit my fat azz then I am limited in spending

And really, look at some of the people in a Nike/Adidas workout clothes and sneakers and tell me if you REALLY think they have ever done a sit up, or can even see their toes.

The only 'Vette Accessories' I care for are the scale model of my car in my office and the corvette coffee mug that fits in the miniature cup holders.

One day I may be cool enough to own the corvette shower curtain... but, secretly I know I'll never be that cool.
