Build sheet present !
But I cannot get it to come down. How tight is this thing in there and what is the best way to get it out?

We need a little more info than that. Are you referring to the build sheet that is up on top of the fuel tank? If so, it's strapped in.

Loosen the straps, otherwise you'll rip it to shreads. Or leave it and just order one from the NCM.

There are two straps, one on each side, with a nut. Find the one that is holding down the strap your sheet is under, spray some PB Blaster or like substance on nut and threads to break it loose (needless to say, don't use heat
). May need to soak a day or two with a another application. Go easy, you don't want to break it off. Jockey strap to get some slack, pull out build sheet and then retighten to 40 in lbs.

Would the build sheet up on the tank even be legible after all these years? I'd think not.
