3.07 Rear Axle

I just found out after 4 plus years that my 95 came with RPO code G44-3.07 ratio. I just received a copy of all of the RPO codes

That is cool. What happened to your RPO code list in the storage compt behind the pass seat?

Excellent

A great rear end ratio for street driven C4's. I wished my '87 had the 3.07 rear gear. It works very well with the L98 motor.

the best axle for L98 auto or 4+3 as they have low end torque but LT1 really need 3.42/3.73 to wake-up with auto trans but 4.10 is great with 6 speed IMO...

cool you have them, but disappointing to know unless you go after market or build the motor , that's all she's got. You would know if you did not have them, because it makes the car a regular car with a v8 in it. (a snore)

That's what my 89 a/t has. They called it the "performance axle". Can't imagine what it would be like without it. Shifts out of 1st gear at about 10 mph unless you step on it. Whole lotta fun
