Went to the goodguys gettogether 2 weekends ago, in the car corral was a 03 red Z06 with 37K on the clock just needed some cosmetic, someone keyed every panel but he would have givven it to me for 16250 please tell me i didnt screw up !
If you own a body shop and can do all the work just for cost of materials, you screwed up. Otherwise, you just saved yourself some grief. I'm assuming the gouges go into the panels themselves and not just the finish.
Yeah, I look back and I should of bought it for that price. Hell it could have been my track car! wouldnt have to tape it up and worry about road debries.
Yep, you blew it. As others have stated, it would have made an excellent track car and for that price, you could have gotten it touched up and had a great looking car. And for that low of mileage, you could have drove it for a while and still made money when you sold it. The C5 Z06 is pretty much the bargain when it comes to track cars.
