Default Bilstein Differnces

Is there a difference between the Bilstein HD and sport? I am not a performance driver i.e. auto cross, track, etc. Has anyone tried both types? As always, thanks

If you are not into outlaw driving, buy the Bilstein base shocks.

I appreciate the responses however I was looking for how the shocks ride. As an example across speed bumps, taking corners, etc. What does a sport provide that a base doesn't and viceversa. Why would I use a sport instead of a base for motorcross? Since I'm going straight in drag racing, would I use a sport anyway? Is it the stiffening rather than sponge effect? The rate of return? Trying to understand performance parts versus OEM. Thanks
