Default Electronic Flasher HELP!!!

I just received 4 CorvetteHID tail lights and electronic flasher from a fellow member brand new. I got the Flasher installed but now the Flasher clicks constantly even when the turn signals are not on!

I originally thought it just might be because the LED tail lights werent installed yet so I went ahead and did that real quick. However the clicking is still there.

Anyone know why this is happening? Did I hook the flasher up wrong? Please help!

Silly question, but did you hit the hazard switch by accident?

Try putting the original flasher back in and see if it continues to blink on its own (it'll blink very slowly but at least you'll be able to tell).

If it only turns on when you activate the turn signal, it might be a defective flasher module.

Also which flasher did you replace? What year is your car? On my `87 the hazard flasher is behind the info center in the middle of the dash (fairly easy to get to). The turn signal flasher is buried up behind the bread box. (royal PITA to get to)

I have a 95 and replaced the Module listed in the spot where my shop manual said it would be. It was underneath the dash on the drivers side.

I have emailed back and forth with Yosi from CorvetteHID and he is sending out a new one to try.

BTW: Props to Yosi for being very responsive and very accommodating. A real pleasure to do business with even under the unfortunate circumstances. Not to mention as side from the flasher problem their products look great

Just to wrap up this thread we did manage to get his lights working! Turned out to be a bad flasher. Would love to see some pics of the lights installed if you get a chance

Thank again Yosi for the great help. I will try and get pictures soon after this storm blows through.

Although I am sure pics with freshly installed 3rd brake lights would look better
