Default Successful Day

Wanted to start the year off on the right foot so I ordered the parts and got out the FSM. My car had a broken power door lock switch and the lock mechanism was sticking on the passenger side when I bought the car so it's been like that for awhile. About two weeks ago one of the door ajar switches went bad. If that has happened to you then you know what a light show that can be while your driving down the road at night . Took the door apart and got everything fixed and back together, didn't break anything and had no parts left over . The weather was nice enough for a test drive and to my surprise it all worked. What a great day this was.

Its the little things you can do for yourself that make me happy as well. Good job. Did you think about lubing up all the tracks while you had the door apart? or did you no thave to remove the door panel?

That a boy!

I need to get some stuff done on mine as well. (Loose door panels, dome light switch, head light bushing repair kit)

I did manage to put in a new antenna last week.(1st time my antenna has worked since I got my car in 96)
It's hard to get motivated when it's only 20* outside.

No parts left over is a good sign......all I have done so far is wash the dust off and stick my little sawed-off butt in the seat. I may break down and replace that underhood light that puked. Some Canuck left the damn door open and it's brrrrrr-chilly here.

later, tiny
