Burnouts were the coolest things in my life, from the day I got my driver's license, right up until I bought my first set of tires, haha.

Yep....had a buddy in high school circa 1978....he had a '69 LeMans, and his favorite trick was to "neutral drop" the trans at high revs....inducing the coolest burnouts. Drove my neighbors nuts. The tires lasted longer than the transmission. He stopped doing that shortly thereafter.
