89 brake problem

89 brake problem
before doing a brake job I wanted to flush all old fluid with vac pump all bleeders except right front will flow fluid fine right front will only give a very small amount of fluid at bleeder so i unhooked rubber line from metal line same result there.I went under car undid coupling at drivers side same result with vac pump hooked up there at 25psi fluid drips out 1 drop at a time that is the line that goes to the abs unit in the rear Can any one offer any possible solutions
