water pump

My 1996 lt-4 needs a new water pump. What manufacturer, acdelco, GMB, airtex or other manufacturer has anybody used.

I bought a Duralast at autozone that lasted for exactly 1 hour at the track. Granted, you probably aren't going to be turning 7k rpm but when I pulled it apart it was an ungodly cheap piece.

Personally I wouldn't ever go with anything other than a GM performance parts pump.

Go with AC Delco/Delphi..."thepartsladi". This is a job you don't want to do twice. Don't save money here.

I say A/c delco if also replace the oil seal while your there.I would also pull the opti and replace the seal behind it also.I need to do this I have a seal leaking
