It's one thing when your in your 50s looking at younger women just for the heck of it. It's another thing to go looking for it when you already have a young wife at home. But with all these women who love you for your car, you'll be single again in no time.

I don't believe it took 40+ posts for me to see this thread...
A car can/will help in only one single aspect of "picking up" the womenz. That part is the initial contact. In the Corvettes I have noticed that more will initiate a conversation instead of any of my other cars. This isn't Corvette specific though. Other cars mentioned (350Z, Mustang, etc) will have the same effect. Where that conversation goes and how it ends up is in no way influenced by the car. A Corvette isn't $$$$ enough to help you get the wallet chasing cougars like say, a Ferrari or a Taurus would. Although I've noticed that if you are interested in a hit and run (as ks5shooter put it) it makes a good ice breaker or a way to get their attention initially, especially with the young dumb ones.

Seriously, women view Corvettes as little dikc cars, most know an older one from a newer one, too.
Young women like beat up ricers bmw, mercedes, blinged out suv's lexus not some worn out C4.

Well first lets start off by saying that i am a 19 year old soccer player so im i decent shap which helps. Second i am a country by and i go to a country school meaning country girls. Now if any of yall listen to country you know chicks dig 4x4's and.....FAST CARS! So yes chicks dig it. Although it seems that if your car is better restored and in "new" condition they will obviously like it better.

My wife hates my vette. I think cuz the more money I put into it, the less she has to spend on shoes?
I've told her there will always be a vette and a harley in the garage so get used to it.
As far as picking up babes, that ship has long passed. Why the hell would you want another pain in the **** anyways?

Just the other day I completed TWO projects on my 91. The first was replacing the two horns since they were fried ( bought horns here from forum member), the second was to go to the GM dealer up the road ( Screamn_conure, right up 41 just past Rt30) to get courtesy light bulbs. On my way home I've got the stereo blasting ( Rush, Tom Sawyer) and I was thinking "wtf", are my horns going off, cause I just replaced them. I turn my head and there is the CUTEST, HOTEST 80+ year old babe waving and giving me the thumbs up!
