Chrome wheel cleaner.
Just thought I would share. Best I have found and is least expensive at autozone is purple power that stuff rocks. I tried every spray on cleaner they had. Only reason I even tried it was girlfriend bought it. And now you can get it at dollar general for like 2.50 to 3 bucks a bottle or 5 bucks a gallon.

Be careful with that stuff. It will stain (bleach) aluminum parts. If you intend on cleaning anything aluminum be sure to get it all rinsed off. If you accidentally get over-spray on aluminum it will make white spots on it. ( I think there is a warning sticker on the bottle about not recommended for use on aluminum.)
