Targa top colors
I know the clear tops come in several different colors (smoke gray, bronze, and blue) but which colors were stock with which years (or body colors)? Was the color choice totally up to whomever ordered the car?

the painted top was standard & i believe the tinted top was available in any color (blue, bronze,etc) you wanted regardless of body color. is this correct guys? (& gals?) :confused:

For 1996 you could order dual tops, body color and tint (3,983 ordered that way) and that's what I've got for my CE LT4. Or, you could get blue tint (6,626) or bronze tint (2,492). 4,066 were ordered with just the body color top.
