No im not here to show off my wheels. However, ive been looking at customizing the sawblades, just restoring them, and new wheels as well. Sad to say fixing them up costs almost as much as new wheels. So although i may be one of ten people left in the world that likes the sawblades alot I need some help. If anybody has a white vette, any generation really would help but i do have a 94, and has purchased either the black with machined face C6 Z06 wheels or the Deep dish C5 thin spoke black with machined face please post em up for me. I really like the machined finish of the sawblades over just polished or chrome so thats why im thinking those two, though i am open to new ideas if anyones got some. Just for reference these are the two was thinking about. http://www.oewheelsllc.com/Wheels-fo...39432-3-1.html
I like the top ones, and if they were clack it would be better. IMO white leaves a lot on the table for more looks.
Not bashing white, says the pologreen
the clear coat is peeling and so what i really wanted was to paint or powdercoat(looking like painting since the cost of powdercoating will be tons for the amount of space actually getting done) the blades red, keep the rest of the finish on the wheel as is, then re-clear coat. However my experience with painting metals is pretty limited so ive been doing my homework first for a while. So to the new wheels, any body got these on any color car for that matter?
