How about changing your tail light bulbs to the LED type you can get at most auto stores?
Also, you're probably doing it, but some tire-shine makes a big difference in the looks department if you haven't been using it.
Here's a cheap one that looks great. Use a black marker or colored paint-marker to fill in the embossed Corvette on the front and rear of your car.
Paint your brake calipers.
