Default Ecklers sucks

Did and order from Ecklers, and did an order from Mid America, had some defective items from both places. Called Mid America, said no problem sending me a new one, no charge. Called Ecklers, said sure go ahead and send the items back, but I pay shipping both ways. So basically I pay shipping twice, because they ship me defective products. I think Ecklers needs to learm customer service, from Mid America. I am in retail and I make sure I do what I can for my customer, so they will come back. They just don't give a ****.....Well live and learn.... MID AMERICA ALL THE WAY............

I have always had good luck with MAMO. It sounds like ecklers should be getting some customer reviews to shape things up over there.

I just ordered some things from Mid America on Tuesday and they came yesterday about 23 hours from when I placed my order. I got what I wanted and fast.

ZIP is the best, both MA and Ecklers are out of touch

Unless something has changed since last year, Ecklers provides you with a return postage sticker. You call them, they give you an RA number and it ships back for free. Did it with numerous items as I was trying to color match red. 92 Red doesn't match anything sold by anyone btw. (Brilliant Red)

Eckler's shipping chrges are BS, as was discussed in another thread. I ordered my outer window seals and they were suppose to come with the rivets. Open package, no rivets.

I think all these places suck but suck in different ways. I do like that Ecklers has a C4 specific catalogue. It's tiring going through MAMO to find C4 items.

sarge said that

Your less than 100 miles from them, it should be fast.

I've used both in the past, and haven't had any issues.

If I can only get a part from Ecklers or TPiS I do without it.
Both suck, have horrid cistomer service, and are way overpriced.

I've never had any issues with any of them. Corvette Central probably ships the fastest.

I've had excellent dealings with Mid-America.

I've owned my car 3 years and have noticed a definate decline in Ecklers over that short time. My latest problem with Ecklers is I bought a seat dye kit from them. Total crap. Looks like a 3rd grader put it together using a chemistry set and Dad's computer. There is no color match, it's off by about 10 shades. And it's not really dye, it's kind of a paint.

With Ecklers, it's buyer beware. But, to make up for that great service and quality control, Ecklers makes sure you can't find a place that's more expensive.

I have only used them maybe 2 times, the rest of the parts are from here, or jegs, and summit.
