you can get a direct fit combo of head y-pipe and main cat (no puppy cats) from napa for abt $340, IIRC p/n EXH 15749...save a few bucks at advan auto parts with an 85 head y (cut the 84/85 rear flange + 2 inches off, squeeze oval back to round, to fit 86-91) and an 89 replacment main cat.
