How to remove electric window switch?
I starting removing my door panels but I can not figure out how to get the window switch out. Also,there were no screws holding the door panel,only push in *****. I just bought this 95 Corvette and it is my first so I know very little about the car. I thought there were suppose to be screws on the bottom of the door panels. I will say I am having a great time learning this car. It remines me of when I was young and work on my old cars.

If you referring to the pass/side window, it's held on by a spring clip. The FSM says you have to loosen the door panel & then remove the connection from the inside. Prying may screw up the panel face.

I have a '94 and there are two screws in the finger hold on the armrest. Take out the screws, lift up on the back part and unhook the tabs at the front. The window switch is there without taking the door panel off.

Well if indeed there were no screws that explains why the top of your door panel had a gap between it and the window.
Assuming you are talking about the power window switch on the passenger door do NOT pry it out from the outside. On the inside of the door panel you will find that there is a spring clip on the left side of the switch and two little plastic tabs on the right side. These two little tabs are what prevent you from prying out the switch from the outside of the door panel. From inside of the door panel, You must push the tab side towards the front of the car (with the handle of a screw driver) while you gently push the switch out from the back. The spring clip will compress allowing the switch to be pushed out from the back.
