Maybe if you get a better pic I can help you, I just did mine a couple of weeks ago and it looks real good, also when I pull the hood release it pops up now. Kim

It was hard enough getting that picture, the car is black. It was taken standing at the right front wheel shooting down the hood. The depressed area is just ahead of the headlight bucket.
My 96 is the same way after my little mishap back in December. The body shop said that it's easy to adjust but I haven't had time to take it to them yet. I might try to adjust it this weekend. Hopefully someone here knows how to adjust it.
There are some brackets almost directley under that spot on the underside of the hood, you need to loosen them all up and the hood will then be moveable but be very careful when you close the hood for fitting, if it is to far forward you can easly break off the lower front corner of the hood. On your test fits you have to get your hood latch to close and open again be careful, if it is not lined up correctly and you force it closed you may not be able to open the hood, take your time for it will take many test fits. Mine was the same way before I adjusted it and the hood would not pop up like it should.
