Whats the best way to clean the rear plastic window without scratching it? Any help appreciated - just replaced the top and window and don't want to mess the new one up trying to clean it.
On my older Mustang covert I clean the plastic window with a damp microfiber towel. but if your plastic window is scratched or has "rubbed" marks, there is no way to get those marks out. Just the hazards of having said plastic window.
I'd suppose you could use a mild soap solution like dawn with the microfiber, but would depend on how dirty the window is.
I used to use Turtle Wax on it. Finally got fed up with the hassle and replaced the top with a '94 glass back window top. Not only glass but has a built-in defroster!

Most Motorcycle shops carry a spray product called "Plexus" that is safe for cleaning plastic and it works well. This applies to the plastic window tinting on the inside of your car as well!
