Default HELP...Looking for decal
I'm looking for a decal that looks like the emblem on an 1985 that is large enough to put on the underside of the hood. Steer me in the right direction. I did not see it at mid america, corvette central or eklars.

thats something that you may need to get custom made..i've not seen anything that big and that would stand up to the underhood temps..

You might be out of luck getting anyone to custom make one too.
That emblem design is a GM trademark, and I highly doubt any reputable company will reproduce it unless they have a license for it.

I've never seen one that big either.

Over on the ZR1.net there is a place that advertises the very thing you are looking for but it only shows ones for a ZR-1. They might be able to do what you want. Here's the link.

Go to a local sign shop that does vinyl.They will do it.Take a detailed pic of what you want to have made.

What under hood temps????

I've had theses under my hood starting five years ago.

Ebay had them for $35 or so when i looked, and you could get them in different colors, but that was a year or more ago.
