The "Invisible Glass" window cleaner works pretty nice on hard plastic parts with no staining or streaking.(excellent for the speedometer clear plastic) Haven't tried it on the rubberized console parts though, but I don't think it would hurt it as long as you didn't rub on it hard.

The last I heard, Armor All reacts with the oils in your fingers and will remove the lettering on your interior *****, buttons and switchgear. That's the main reason I stopped using it.
