Default Black interior with red seats?

Has anyone put red seats (preferrably 94-96 sport seats) in a black interior car? My car has a torch red exterior and black interior and I need to redo the seats. I am thinking of going with red seats and would like to see how they look first.

Funny, I just bought a 1985 Corvette with a torch red exterior, black interior, and the seats are from a 90's (C4) Corvette and they are red.

Looks fine to me

Probably looks fine.
I have even considered red/black in my green car. Just for my taste only.

Oh yea baby...I like that.

Too bad my leather is new, otherwise I'd be going for two-tone seats too.

Do you mean two-tone interior or just seats? I am considering going with two-tone door panels too. I just love how the red seats look and think they would break up the monochrome interior well. I am not crazy about the all red interior though.

My interior is graphite and i scored a set of red seats in
really good shape from a Cash-for-clunkers '84. They
look good, especially compared to my tattered originals.

Just the opposite; black seats in a red interior. But, red/black go well together.

Should be fine!

I like that look , now I just have to picture the exact opposite of it for my car. I think you're right though, it should look really good.

Thinking about two tone red and black seats. Not sure of pattern but my shift boot and arm rest look great with black and red stiching. Oh and the red shift ball looks great also.

Hey Pantera1683, I know it's been years you posted your post regarding red seat in an all black interior. I have the same scenario. My Corvette is also torch red outside and the interior is all black. I was searching for pics online to see how it would look if i added all red seats inside. Did you end up doing that? Could you post pics?

Appreciate all your help.

A mod red combo in the car would look great.
