Those magazine values are always way high.

The only real positive is the regular bluebooks put them at a few hundred more than LT1 but they support more of a gain than that.

Like I've said before...the value of any car is what someone will actually pay for it.

I believe you could find a LT4 coupe for not much over 10k if you keep searching..
Not sure what a vert would add to that, definitely more rare, but not 24k rare...

Keep in mind that the article indicated the top rate based on a low mileage Show Ready car. If you guys have low mileage Show Ready LT4 Corvettes for sale in California for $10,000, PLEASE, PLEASE let me know ASAP.

Default C4 Values

I thought that the prices were definitely out there. I purchased my 96 LT-4 convertible (red) from a Chevrolet dealer last year. My trade was worth around $7,500 and I had to come up with $5,500. The car had 40k miles and was in showroom new condition. It came with a 30 day bumper to bumper warranty and another Chevrolet dealer couldn't find any issues. I've had the car a year, driven it regularly, and have not had issues. A great overall car. Why buy new!!! This is my first C4 and its been a fun ride.

Wow, that's a great buy, Jeff - congrats. I wish I could find a red low mileage LT4 vert for $12000. If any of you guys have one you want to get rid of, drop me a note - PLEASE.
