Default Third Tail Light

Afternoon Gentlemen,
Hopefull an easy question. I have a '93, LT1 Coupe.
I noticed this morning that my third break light is loose in its opening. I have not taken anything apart to get a look at it yet, so can anyone tell me what attaches it to the interior of the bummper? Screws, clips, duct tape....?

easiest way to get to it is to remove the four screws on the gas door and pull that out its right there
