Default spark plug wires

what were the original spark plug wires. Size and manufacture type for a 95 LT1 ? . Wondering if mine are original ?

Packard wires are who made them. and on original wires the cylinder number was printed on the wire it self. you will not find any replacement wires like them

mine say AC Delco they are 7mm. So if I get this right they are not original it has 69,000.Just wondering if a change was nessesary ?

My parts CD shows the original GM PN 12074093, it also has a note: AC Delco 708W.
When I replaced my original wires I purchased the AC part number and they were identical except for lacking cylinder number ID.
