HELP!
When the inside temp is less than approx 70 degrees the mechanicals don't seem to spin the cd or eject it completely. I had it on the bench once to inspect and it worked find (now I know that it is temperature sensitive, I didn't realize that at the time). It it a pain tearing it out of the dash etc.
Any idea on how to proceed ? How about getting a new belt.. Where to order etc. I could just try a new belt as long as I'm inside again.. BTW above 70' ish all is well with the world and my Bose CD.

I have only seen 1 Vette out of probably 40 that's CD player worked all the time properly. They seem to be retarded or something. I don't know anything about it but know it's a very common problem unfortunately!! :) Mine doesn't work all the time either, sometimes won't eject, same story!
My CD player is goofy to, sometimes works. I found out that if a cd gets stuck in it I can turn it off then hold the eject button and it'll come out. :cuss Stupid CD player :mad
