Swapped my 94 LT-1 fuel injectors today (Bosch III's from FIC), job went so smooth I was done in an hour. Well, ALMOST done... pressurized the fuel system and found a leak where the fuel return line comes out of the fuel pressure regulator. (Top center in the picture)
There's an o-ring but nothing to hold the line tight in the FPR. Shouldn't there be some kind of clip or something? I looked everywhere I could (engine compartment, floor) and didn't see anything that might have dropped off when I flipped the fuel rails over. And the FSM doesn't have any good diagrams of that part of the fuel system. What part am I missing?
Thanks...
well, frack, can't get the image to post from photobucket...
picture in next post below... (bless you Blue 92!)
