oops, my bad. i found them. i hope you're not gonna be sitting on the hood after the new paint. lol. looks like a great project car. i'm just warning you now, it's addicting. i just spent the last couple years getting my 87 vert prepped and painted. i am picking it up from getting a new top on it tomorrow.
I agree - I'm addicted already...we have a lot of work ahead of us...but it's been so nice to hear my Mom tell me how excited my Dad is over this project (he let it SIT for the past 15 years)....I can't wait to get rid of my RX-8 and drive this one....I've caught a lot of "grief" from co-workers about not getting a new one...but in the end - this will mean so much more to me!!!
I just looked that up this eve...we are going! I don't know how much I will get done before then ...mechanically the car runs great (less the a/c but I can take the top off - who needs air???) and the headlights don't always go down - hubby is going to work on that. I have a number for a guy in Texas that will redo the seats for there if I contact him now and schedule...My goal is to have a HUGE portion of this done before then.
Good job getting the pics up... I've got to learn to do it myself. I read your post about how you rescued your vette from under a pine tree in Maine... cool... best of luck with your rehab. I've had my 84 for 3 months... never thought I'd enjoy a car so much.
